While the median list price stayed the same as 2014, the sold price rose by $2,600. With a limited number of houses currently on the market and many buyers ready to make a purchase, stick-built properties between $100,000 and $200,000 are in great demand. In February alone, the median time frame for this category from listing date to sold date was only 79 days. The influx of buyers in this early season has made it an ideal time to sell your home.
