We are looking for a Buyer Specialist who is highly sociable and draws energy from working with people. You are not just a “door opener”; you are a fiduciary and a consultant.


You will guide families through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, identifying homes that meet their needs and negotiating win-win outcomes. If you are an outgoing optimist who wants to build a career based on legendary service and wealth creation, this is your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Wealth Building: Conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses with clients to identify and select homes that maximize their creation of wealth.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively prospect for buyer leads, follow up consistently, and convert leads into appointments.
Expert Negotiation: Write and negotiate purchase contracts on behalf of buyers, overseeing the process to ensure a successful close.
Transaction Stewardship: Oversee all aspects of the buyer’s transaction from initial contact to contract to close, collaborating with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure a smooth experience.
Market Mastery: Develop expert knowledge regarding the residential real estate market to serve as a trusted advisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Licensure: A Colorado Real Estate License is required by the date of joining the Team.
Experience: A successful track record in sales is required. 1–3 years of industry/sales experience is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Computers, cloud computing, and basic troubleshooting must be second nature.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Flexibility: Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (evenings and weekends) when necessary to serve clients, while utilizing our team rotation for balance.
