Rock Star Real Estate Listing Coordinator – For High-Powered Real Estate Team

Job Standards:

  1. Primary Objectives – What are the major objectives or outcomes to be accomplished by the person in this job?
    • Conduct high-level listing preparation for all Seller Listings
    • Effectively coordinate with Service Providers for all aspects of Listing properties
    • Develop expert knowledge regarding residential real estate listings
  2. Regular Work Activities – What are the most frequent and most essential work activities in this job?
    • Oversee Listing preparation and research from HOA, listing details, MLS, etc.
    • Complete Property Features Packets (PFP’s)
    • Coordinate with Service Providers – Staging, Photos, Video, other Contractors
    • Generate Buyer Teasers for new upcoming Listings
    • As needed edits for Photos and Video
    • Prepare Listing landing pages on website
    • Prepare and monitor Listing marketing on multiple platforms
    • Produce Listing Marketing materials
    • Research and generate weekly lists for For Sale by Owner (FSBO), Expired Residential and Land Listings
    • Prepare CMA’s
    • Prepare monthly Database Birthday Cards

      nature. MS Office Suite, photo editing software, video editing software
    • Proficient in Word Press and online website tools
    • Flexible
    • Prefers a fast-paced work environment
  4. People Contacts and Interactions – What are the primary people contacts in this job (who, why, and how often)?
    • Lead Agent – daily
    • Director of Operations and Transaction Coordinator – daily
    • Sellers – daily
    • Service Providers – daily
  5. Job Requirements Experience, Training, and Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) preferred, not necessary

    • Colorado real estate license preferred but not necessary to be a candidate.

    • 1–3 years of industry experience preferred

    • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred
