The Montrose Co Real Estate Market continues to show a trend of healthy growth. The volume of sales for the month of July rose in 2015 from previous years. More noteworthy, however, was the increased median price listed and sold. This number saw a substantial rise. Also showing marked growth was the median number of days it took for a listing to sell. With the Montrose Co Real Estate Market having only 62 days, homes spend very little time on the market. This continues the trend we have seen in 2015; it is a seller’s market.
