Rock Star Real Estate Listing Specialist – For High-Powered Real Estate Team

Job Standards:

  1. Primary Objectives – What are the major objectives or outcomes to be accomplished by the person in this job?
    • Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses

    • Identifying clients needs, refining needs, and closing to contract offers

    • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close

    • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all sellers

    • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues

  2. Regular Work Activities – What are the most frequent and most essential work activities in this job?
    • Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close 
    • Complete CMA’s
    • Negotiate Offers on behalf of sellers
    • Counsel and advise sellers on the real estate market and transaction
    • Practice scripts and dialogues to grow verbal communication skills
    • Generate new leads
    • Lead follow-up and setting appointments with clients

    • Lead Agent – daily
    • Under Contract Clients – Daily
    • Other Real Estate Agents – Daily
    • Administrative Team (as appropriate to team structure) – Daily
      i. Director of Operations
      ii. Listing Coordinator
  5. Job Requirements Experience, Training, and Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) preferred, not necessary
    • Colorado real estate license preferred but not necessary to be a candidate. A license is required by date of joining the Team
    • A successful track-record and experience in sales
    • 1-3 years or industry and sales experience preferred
    • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred

Narrative:

The Listing Specialist is an individual who is highly sociable and draws energy from working with people. This person is outgoing, optimistic, and likes to have fun. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. The Listing Specialist is excited to serve their clients as a fiduciary and is motivated to maximize their client’s creation of wealth through legendary real estate advice and services.

 

In addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis the habits and attitude of a high-achiever. They are committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to achieving win-win real estate transactions of behalf of their clients.

 

The Listing Specialist will command a non-traditional work schedule when appropriate and be available to work evenings and weekends if and when necessary. The Listing Specialist will demonstrate a commitment to learning and strive for growth through ongoing training and coaching.
