The Atha Team is the brainchild and passion of long-time residents and Montrose Colorado locals, Diana and Ian Atha. After years of hard work and dedication at an independent real estate brokerage in 2006, Diana consequently made the step to Keller Williams in 2012. Since then, she achieved the awarded status of Realtor of the Year in 2013 and hired on her first executive administrator the same year. Partnering with her husband Ian Atha, on business development and marketing, the couple powered to the top of the Montrose Real Estate Industry in only a few short years. After having fun investing in post-recession fix-and-flip properties and completing his business degree in marketing at Colorado Mesa University, Ian transitioned from the back-end side of the business to full-time Listing Real Estate Agent. He is a fourth-generation real estate professional with real estate roots in California and Michigan, and is currently one of the only Seller Representative Specialists through the National Association of Realtors and is also a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor. The couple now runs the Atha Team at Keller Williams Colorado West Realty with passion and success. Their faith plays an integral role in their business conduct, passion for life, and community involvement.
